      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a new user transferred from Telus to PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased the 60GB plan with a 50% off discount on 25 Jan, and trying to active my account today 30 January.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After I transferred my number, it shows "&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Your services are on hold due to the expiration of your subscription. If your services are on hold for more than 90 days, your account will be closed permanently and you'll lose your phone number&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but I have already paid when I purchased the plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no service now and it cause me a huge trouble.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
