    <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Subject: Urgent – Incoming Calls and Text Messages Not Working After Porting from Fido&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am experiencing the exact same issue described above and would like to request urgent assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ported my number from &lt;STRONG&gt;Fido to Public Mobile&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and the payment was completed successfully.&lt;BR /&gt;However, in my case:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Outgoing calls are working&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Incoming calls are NOT working&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Text messages cannot be sent or received&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I received the confirmation text message from &lt;STRONG&gt;Fido&lt;/STRONG&gt;, I replied &lt;STRONG&gt;“Yes”&lt;/STRONG&gt; to approve the number transfer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have contacted support multiple times and attempted to use the chatbot many times, but I have not yet received any response from Public Mobile.&lt;BR /&gt;Fido has confirmed that the issue is on Public Mobile’s side and advised me to ask Public Mobile to &lt;STRONG&gt;re-submit the port request or create a new request&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At this time, my phone is not fully functional, which is causing significant inconvenience in my daily life.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I kindly ask that you please &lt;STRONG&gt;review my number porting status urgently and re-submit the request if necessary&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much for your prompt attention to this matter.
