      <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed plans using the app&amp;nbsp; not paying attention but realized after i downgraded. Is there any way to change back?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if it is the first day of the change, probably agent can help, but you have to check with them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
