      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I submitted a porting request to have my number ### ### #### from Fizz Mobile more than three hours ago and I am still waiting on the process to get completed even though I have already replied "Yes" to the port authorization text from Fizz Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone please look into this as soon as possible?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, restarting my phone didn't resolve the issue. It is an esim so it is not plausible to eject and re-insert sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Noma.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
