      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got this message and can't seem to activate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a physical sim card from Telus store.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No one to help me with this matter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CSA_PM is really busy and don't seem to have time to help me with this matter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me solve this issue. I got it January 26 and still cannot activate my account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also live chat is keeps resetting how many people ahead of me. I had 1 person ahead of me and moments later it reset to 8 people ahead. I waited to 1 person ahead and it again reset to 8 people. It is very frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
