      <description>&lt;P&gt;Broke my phone and have no way to get sms access code but get asked for it for everything on the app. Sat in chat que for 2 hours just to get reset to start. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try sending the code again and chose voicemail or email options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you know your phone password just pick up vm from another phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
