      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/608775"&gt;@ireniik&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, if you have submitted a ticket via the normal process and have a ticket number, please be patient.&amp;nbsp; The support staff has been significantly overwhelmed by the large volume of tickets generated by the recent 50% sale.&amp;nbsp; There continues to be a higher than normal backlog.&amp;nbsp; They will get around to resolving every ticket.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
