I’m trying to call 1 (877) 355-5239 from Mexico but it won’t connect

I found this on gogle which might help you....

To dial a 877 toll-free number from Mexico,replace the "1-877" prefix with 001-882 followed by the rest of the number.

@Bob_Reid that is a Toll free that can be called in Canada and US. Should be able to call in Mexico with the included roaming since you call is routed back to Canada and call out

But try calling their regular 10 digits
