    <description>&lt;P&gt;The app is blocked into the activation step because we ordered a sim card. We didnt get the sim card yet so the menu to cancel subscription is not visible nor accessible&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm in and odd state where the app doesnt give me the option to cancel the subscription. I can only request help but no cs_agent is responding. Its been since the 26th of jan since i made that request.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/648943"&gt;@Shallybandali&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, in the app there should be an option to manage subscription with a toggle.&amp;nbsp; Turn subscription off and that is it.&amp;nbsp; Once the current cycle ends, your service will be cut off.&amp;nbsp; From then on, you have 90 days to change your mind by turning subscription back and and making the necessary payment to reactive the account.&amp;nbsp; If not, the account is deactivated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
