      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi I just port in and I got welcome email with eSIM QR code but when I scan it and shows this eSIM is no longer valid. The app shows could not install eSIM. My phone support eSIM and my previous courier was eSIM. I sent ticket to cs_agent but it already 6 hours ago nothing received.       <description>&lt;P&gt;It could be that the eSIM was already installed in your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While you are waiting for cs, check Cellaulur Settings or your SIM Manager it could be installed already called business or travel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's there you would need to set it as primary and disable any other non PM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
