      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/649340"&gt;@Vikramkj&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you cannot switch to eSIM at this point.&amp;nbsp; You have to complete the activation with the physical sim card first, then you can download PM app on the phone and buy eSIM after.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you don't want to wait and wait to complete the activation with physical sim card quicker, and you don't mind to spend another $10, you can buy another PM&amp;nbsp; sim card in person from Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klink store&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m yet to receive the physical sim which I have ordered, meanwhile i got another physical sim from store and have already activated my public mobile account. My question is I’m still yet to get physical sim which I have ordered for $10, I want to cancel that physical sim and replace that with eSIM. Hence requesting to initiate that replace request. &amp;nbsp;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
