      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, I’ve been trying to reach out to &amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; since Sunday about my eSim installation failure. Created couple tickets wrote messages and still haven’t got anything from&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;. I’m not able to use the phone number that I’ve already paid for due to this issue. My brother had the same issue and&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;replied in 10 minutes even though he created his ticket 1-2 days after me. How am I supposed use my phone and why don’t you answer people if this is a common issue? I hope&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; see this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
