    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my pre-authorized credit card was blocked when I was travelling out of country &amp;amp; hence my monthly payment didn’t go through for which my service is suspended!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now when I am back in Canada &amp;amp; I login to my account the subscription that I had or the credits accumulated for the past 1+ years are not showing up! Now, it just asks to choose a new e-sim and activate whatever plans available!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me get back my service &amp;amp; my number! Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
