To use data, make sure to enable Roaming. In us, you'll be connecting to AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon. For talk in us, you MUST have a cellphopne that is VoLTE enabled and is recognised as VoLTE enabled with Public Mobile. Here's some quick referrence with a device checker at the bottom.

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte

There's no worry about roaming fees or extra costs later on. In conclusion...while in Canada, you can call most any Cdn/Mx/us number. While in us, you can call most any us/Cdn/Mx number. While i Mex, you can call most any Cdn/us or Mx number. You can use data everywhere in those 3. You'll be able to send / rec message from anyone on planet Earth. Use that plan just like you would at home.

Your cell will probably connect to the better of AT&T, Telcel or Movistar. To dial most any Cdn number, dial thusly 001 / area code / number.

No roaming fee or any other unexpected fees later on.

That’s amazing ! I was under the impression that my Canada-US-Mexico plan only allowed me to call out for free. Am I understanding correctly that my plan would fully work data, texting, voice if I’m in the USA?
