Hi, I just switched (first time ever switching, been with same carrier since I got my first phone decades ago). I’m still waiting for my number to transfer as my carrier is not open on weekends. But I signed up for the cheapest flash sale (60gb Canada/US/Mexico). Does anyone know if I could switch to the second level (80gb) instead, it’s only $5 more but the sale ends tomorrow. In my account it does not give me that as an option for changing my plans. There are only 2 options and neither one is what is listed in the flash sales. Thanks so much.

Hi, I just signed up and am reading all the terms and conditions (the little numbers - 16 of them) and have checked questions through the chat bot and in here but still am not sure about what is covered. Can someone, who has travelled and used PM please let me know if this plan includes phone calls made to and from each of the 3 countries or only from Canada, as it says in the terms #2. Also it says on the plan, it includes international picture texting (or something like that) but yet in the terms it says only texts originating from Canada are included. I’m so confused lol. Oh, also, how good is the overall service when travelling? Thanks so much.

yes, included and no extra charges

the US roaming uses AT&T , Verizon and T-Mobile, so services are the best in US

In Mex, it uses AT&T and Telcel

To dial most any Cdn or us number from Mexico dial 001 / area code / number.

make sure to enable Roaming so you can use data here. Your cell should connect automatically to the better if Telcel, AT&T or Movistar while in Mexico.

No pasa nada amigo
