      <description>&lt;P&gt;I replied Yes, it was a partial port. cannot text in or out and incoming calls are not working. I did have a ticket. waited 24 hours. just created another one as per your suggestion using the link in my inbox. Thanks for trying to help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
