    <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to know how to contact customer service directly for Public mobile? I have been trying for a couple of days now. I even click on the link at the bottom and it brought me to another page that says private, but I don't know how to contact customer service. I even try putting customer service into the search box and it brought me to a chat bot which doesn't help me. I would like to contact customer service directly about my account.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I download the first esim and can't activate it so i deleted it. Then i saw i can't scan the QR code to download again, i need a new QR code to do all steps again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
