topic ESIM NOT WORKING SOS in Get Support

I ported my number out from Fizz to Public and its been a day since its on SOS. I can't have a physical Sim because my phone supports Esim only. I have tried all tested solutions but nothing seems to be working!! I have sent their support Agent number of Emails but haven't even heard back. I have already purchased 2 Esims from Public and have been charged for the package also. I don't even know how to port my number to another provider because Public clearly sucks and I am on SOS. I am so done. Stupid service, wouldn't recommend anyone. Does anyone have any last resorts?

is the eSIM installed on the phone? remove the old provider sim card. Enable the PM sim and set it to Primary. Reboot phone and reset network settings

but if all these don't help , you will need PM to reprovision the account/sim on the system. Open a ticket. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

CS_Agent will reply to your community inbox between 9AM-10PM EST (Mon-Sun), check here:
      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage

You can simply disable it and not to remove. Not to remove in case the port was not completed and you need it

All of that is done. But still on SOS have tried pretty much everything left. I also bought 2 esims but they would just fail to activate and then after rebooting and network settings its still all the same

Please tell me how is that justified? How on the other end I am expected to wait 4-5 days without network and having no way to communicate with the provider? I am sorry but that is low for any network company in Canada. And my frustration is completely valid. I understand it can take time to sort, but atleast respond to my tickets or give me updates.
