      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm in the same boat.&amp;nbsp; Activation through the app failed 3 times.&amp;nbsp; I then tried the QR code, which also told me I'd tried too many times.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I wasn't able to submit a ticket, because even when I filled out all of the fields on the ticket form, the Submit button remained unclickable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lastly, I can't even log in to my account, because the MFA is attempting to send a code to the number that I don't yet have access to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I messaged the forum support on Monday, but haven't heard from them yet.&amp;nbsp; Thankfully I am adding this as a second device and I don't need access, I pity the people who ported their number and have been unable to make calls/receive texts for days now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm still hoping to hear back from support...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just managed to submit a ticket, not for "Activation" but for 'eSIM'.&amp;nbsp; I think the "Activation" form might be broken.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
