      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I recently changed my plan, and since then I am unable to send or receive SMS at all.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My account status shows Active, and I have signal and data working properly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Where could I &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ask for help check and refresh/reset my SMS provisioning on the backend?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you very much for your help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
