    <description>&lt;P&gt;I unsubscribed the service as it was a temporary number. The problem is now I can't login to the account and it says the phone number is invalid. But, I am charged twice even after unsubscribing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having trouble accessing my account. I believe I had cancelled the service 2 months back but I am being charged for last 2 months. When I try to login with the username and password, it says invalid. I tried to redrive the email and password saying I forgot them with the phone number, but it I get invalid phone number message. What can I do in this situation? I can't access my account, the service is still active and I am being charged. I want to cancel this service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise, thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
