Was Unable To Access Sale

Hello!

I was trying to take advantage of the 50% off sale the other day, but kept getting screens that indicated that the traffic to the site was prohibiting me from accessing the next pages. I was hoping to open up a ticket and receive support on this matter, and hopefully be able to access the deal that was $30.

Please let me know if there are other actions I can take to try and receive support on this matter.

there were no recent deals for $30..the most recent was the 50% promo for plans $40 and more...but the promo was for new activations only. As existing customers, we're excluded.

Darn! Maybe I was looking at a plan that was $25 then. I couldn't find where it indicated that it was only for new members. I appreciate the clarification!
