Deleted the old eSIM or remove old SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also reset the Network setting on your phone and reboot your phone and see if that works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We subscribed online &lt;STRONG&gt;3 days ago&lt;/STRONG&gt;, but the service is still &lt;STRONG&gt;not activated&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Our old service was cancelled due to the porting completed, so we’ve had &lt;STRONG&gt;no service for 3 days&lt;/STRONG&gt;, which is critical as we’re expecting &lt;STRONG&gt;hospital and other important calls&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Issues:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;eSIM portal shows &lt;EM&gt;“Having trouble downloading your eSIM”&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;QR code leads to a &lt;STRONG&gt;blank page&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Support ticket site is &lt;STRONG&gt;under maintenance&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help resolve this as soon as possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
