      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up yesterday and data still isn’t working. &amp;nbsp;It says I have SOS only.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the chat bot suggested turning my phone off &amp;amp; on but that didn’t change anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sent a help ticket in four hours ago but haven’t received a reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any other suggestions for what to try?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
