    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, but that's not it. It's not just this weekend.&lt;BR /&gt;I have to update my credit card info, and tried a week ago and had the same problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Neither the app nor the website let me get past the "let's complete your activation"... page, even though I've been using PM for years.&lt;BR /&gt;I'd forgotten what a s*** show the PM back end is.&lt;BR /&gt;Probably better to port out and pay more.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In a few days, the customer support folks should be caught up on recent promo debacle and be able to address your concern. Use the link the other guy gave you to dm customer support in a few days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
