      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid for my plan and the test said I could use an e sim. Once I tried completing the installation it stopped me and told me that I need to purchase a sim card. Now I'm not able to do anything because I'm stuck in a continuous loop. Can you please cancel my purchase so that I can resubmit for my plan with a physical sim card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
