    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently (two days ago) switched from Fido to Public Mobile, bringing my phone number with me.&amp;nbsp; I thought the porting went through properly when I was able to call out, but it turns out I am unable to receive calls (goes straight to voicemail) and no sms are going through.&amp;nbsp; I think this means the phone only did a partial porting.&amp;nbsp; What is the solution to fix this so the phone works properly?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chris&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went from a physical sim (Fido) to an Esim (PM), so I am not sure if that has anything to do with it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried the recommendations, nothing successful.&amp;nbsp; Looks like other people are having the exact same issue.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my mind, the phone number has not been fully ported,&amp;nbsp; and I don't know how to fix that.&amp;nbsp; I bought a physical Sim,&amp;nbsp; thinking that would do the trick,&amp;nbsp; but still not receiving calls nor sending receiving texts.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;My voice mail seems to still be from my old carrier.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
