      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/647507"&gt;@Nick102&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am only a customer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so, you confirm the PM eSIM is not there?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you receive the QR code in email, you can try&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that QR code does not work, you have to check with agent.&amp;nbsp; From all the posts we saw, agent usually ask people to get a physical sim card first, link to the account first and change it back to eSIM after&lt;/P&gt;</description>
