    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I ported my number from Fizz yesterday at 5 pm. Outgoing calls work, but incoming calls still route to Fizz. The port-in is not fully completed. I sent msg to CS agent yesterday, and they said will complete the process in 90 mins. Now it still not working, please help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
