How would I know if my referral code was applied successfully?

When I subscribed the promotion plan I used a referral code, how do I know if it was applied successfully I can not find details through app, the reward tab constantly showing error, please advise

you will see the $10 as a credit with 72 hours on your My account. So, wait 3 days first and check

I got the plan on Sunday the 25th. Can you check if you can see if the referral code was applied to my account on your end?

hTideGnow doesn't work for Public Mobile (neither do I), but you can expect the credit soon. If after 72 hours the credit hasn't arrived, please open a ticket to inquire.
