    <description>&lt;P&gt;I did get a text from my old carrier to which O replied YES.&amp;nbsp; That was in the morning and then last night 8 hours later I received a text from PM saying the number port had been successful but it hasn't.&amp;nbsp; I cannot receive any calls because my new PB service is not working and my old service was disconnected.&amp;nbsp; I have never had a number porting take more than 30 minutes.&amp;nbsp; This is embarrassing.&amp;nbsp; Shame on Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; Totally unacceptable.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How long does it take to port over a mobile number.&amp;nbsp; I started this process yesterday morning and have now been without service for over 24 hours.&amp;nbsp; I received a text from Public Mobile stating that my porting had been complete, but I am still without service and no phone.&amp;nbsp; Worse yet Public mobile doesn't even have a telephone number to speak to a human.&amp;nbsp; I am supposed to travel in the next day or two and now I don't have a phone! This is ridiculous.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A number porting was requested and I received a text last night after 9 hours telling me that number was successfully ported and welcome to Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; PM must have ported my number otherwise it would still be working on my old service, which it is not. PM has left be stranded with no working mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After a port out/ you need to power cycle your phone. Turn off completely and back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hope this help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
