      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have completed the transfer of phone number process last night and got to the stage that “I texted Yes to terminate my old phone number and transfer to Public Mobile”. &amp;nbsp;I was asked to wait for the next step as it could take up to 5 hours. &amp;nbsp;This morning I logged into my account and no information on what to do next. I tried to make a call and it’s not working. Can someone help me out with the next step? &amp;nbsp;I have not inserted the new SIM card yet. Should I try it now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
