      <title>PUK needed for locked sim</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a new customer and trying to get my phone to work. When I restart my iphone it shows a System message "SIM locked" which takes me to an "Enter PUK" screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm unable to login to my account because of MFA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Moderator - please remove this post if it violates any community rules.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had recent success getting PUK unlock code by registering for a call back (with a different phone number) for Koodo Prepaid customers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.koodomobile.com/en/prepaid-plans" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.koodomobile.com/en/prepaid-plans&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;The agent that called me back was very friendly and helpful. They were able to help me and, once my account was verified, they provided me with the correct code to unlock my sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
