      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried for several hours to transfer my number from rogers to Public without success. I have 2 lines I wanted to bring over but it wont work. The system says I need to speak to an agent to complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If someone can't assist I would appreciate it&lt;/P&gt;</description>
