      <description>&lt;P&gt;Line is active and I can make calls but It’s just my data that doesn’t work. I’ve tried restarting the phone, taking old SIM card out, airplane mode etc. is there a fix?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm wondering if we need to reinstall the e-sim but, I'm afraid if I delete the current e-sim I won't have any cell service. I'm very disappointed it is taking so long for the support team to resolve these major issues and it's been 4 days for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
