      <title>Issues after porting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since porting over from the flash sale, I've had a few things wrong after the port.&amp;nbsp; I needed to open a ticket to help to get the number ported which I assume because of this flash sale is causing massive backlogs and provisioning errors.&amp;nbsp; My number is now ported over but I am still having 2 issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. RCS chat is giving me a Status Code of 3101 "Please try again later, verification limit exceeded".&amp;nbsp; It is now showing my proper phone number but I can't get it to register on the service.&amp;nbsp; How can I fix this?&lt;BR /&gt;2. My voicemail is not provisioned properly.&amp;nbsp; Pushing and holding 1 does not dial my voicemail, it actually doesn't do anything anymore.&amp;nbsp; I managed to get into my voicemail by calling my own number but would like the shortcut to work.&amp;nbsp; Can I get my voicemail reprovisioned?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Uninstall Google Messages doesn't help, tried that as basic troubleshooting to begin.&amp;nbsp; When I reinstall, the issue is still the same.&lt;BR /&gt;2. For voicemail options I can't specify a phone number.&amp;nbsp; My only option is "My carrier" and I can't type a number.&amp;nbsp; My research is telling me this is can fixed with reprovisioning of voicemail by Public.&amp;nbsp; My name recording can go if it just resets everything again, no problem rerecording.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
