      <description>&lt;P&gt;(I already tried to reboot my phone again, but it didn't work)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I subscribed 50% off (20$ for 60gb) and activated on app, but couldn't finish it, and the app shut down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got purchase confirmation email but didn't get activate email summary.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do now?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. can I proceed this tomorrow with the same condition?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. or can I cancel it and get a full refund?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's not my fault and I spent so much time on it. I regret trying PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know what you can do for me and what I should do in details.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
