If you didn't respond YES to the approve the transfer within 90 minutes, it can cause the transfer to get stuck. Not to worry though, I have sent you a direct message with the phone number that you can call to re-trigger the porting process. Please check your messages for the phone number to call.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I&amp;nbsp;transferred my Fizz Canada number to Public Mobile yesterday. However, I can only make a call, and use the internet, but I cannot receive any message. ( I received a message saying that I entered the incorrect account number of my previous provider)．May I request assistance to resolve this issue tonight? Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
