      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue as a few other people. &amp;nbsp;When I try to activate my subscription via the app, step 6 of 6 returned the message ‘Subscription not activated.’ And to contact support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to activate a physical SIM card with a new phone number and port an existing number upon successful activating. &amp;nbsp;I tried logging out and back in the app, no luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
