      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an iPhone 12 with no eSIM installed. The activation step fails every time regardless of whether I pick transfer or new number. The chatbot doesn’t work and the ticketing system seems to be having issues. Is there anyway to resolve this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
