    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to activate/transfer my number and cellular network to a new phone and I am having a lot of difficulty. I followed all of the steps and troubleshooting. Every time I try to install the new eSIM it fails and says "Error. Something went wrong. Please try again". It has failed more than 3 times and I have not received any QR code. I just want to use my new phone with my same number and subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Alexandra&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
