      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did the Walmart activation, and got the phone going.&amp;nbsp; I went to try to set up an account, but got to the second page and my ancient computer crapped out on me.&amp;nbsp; No problem, went back to finish up (or start over, really), but now I'm unable to create an account.&amp;nbsp; I can't log in (didn't get to a password set) but when I try to start over, it won't let me (likely because I got part way through)... so....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think I need a reset... ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
