    <description>&lt;P&gt;Finally it’s resolved. This is what I did:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;Asked PM CS agent in a ticket to resend a transfer request&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Called the porting company/office at the 1833-xxx-xxxx number (you must have it in the message you got from earlier carrier, the message you have replied YES to) &amp;nbsp;and asked them to authorise the port out request. They took 5 mins to verify details and approved it. Within 10-15 mins my Fizz was deactivated and I got a message from PM that transfer is complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks, and all the best guys&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am porting from Fizz to Public Mobile. I replied to the text to accept the number transfer. It’s been almost 5 hours. I can only call people. I cant receive calls or send/receive texts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Update: it’s&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;been resolved!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
