      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, thanks for the reply. I am pretty much a Luddite and have no apps on my phone. Was doing this through my laptop. Don't really understand if I need a SIM card (I have a carrier who provided a SIM card). So do I need a new one? Will I get to keep my existing phone number? Do I have to call my previous carrier to cancel? Sorry to be such a neophyte and I appreciate your help, thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
