It’s been more than 5 hours and I want to confirm when my number gets ported over.

Can you receive incoming calls on your PM sim?

Many people have issues since porting over.

Reboot your phone and test. If not, submit a ticket through the chatbot envelope or link below and wait for a reply. Could be another day. Many people waiting for days now already.
