      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My number was successfully ported in about 13 hours ago.&lt;BR /&gt;I can make and receive calls and use mobile data, but I cannot receive ANY SMS at all.&lt;BR /&gt;This includes regular SMS and verification codes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using an iPhone with a physical SIM card.&lt;BR /&gt;Because I cannot receive SMS, iMessage is also stuck on “Verifying”.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please refresh SMS provisioning and short code / international SMS routing for my number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
