can you confirm if the PM sim connected to the network?

and first, Reboot phone and Reset Network settings, test data again

please also try making calls and confirm if you can receive calls

I just got the 20$ for 60G plan but my cellular data doesn’t work at all and I feel I wasted my money when I tried to go to support they couldn’t give me a phone number to call anyone and fix the problem, the I was chatting with some chat bot who simply wasn’t able to find me a solution. What the heck I wasted 20$ and my data isn’t even working

Hello, did you review the APN settings? Here is an article that can be useful. Select the correct on based on your device (iphone vs android).

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles?category=_articleCategory_device-support&subcategory=_articleSubCategory_apn-settings

If that doesn't help, you will need to get help from customer service by writing to them using the following link:

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Please note that wait times for a response are very high right now due to increased volumes. Average response time are 1-2 days unfortunately. Hang in there!
