      <title>Duplicate IMEI2 Issue – Request Cancellation and Refund</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I registered two accounts and accidentally used the same IMEI2 for both. Both accounts have already been charged for the monthly plan, but neither service is usable due to this issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would like to cancel one of the accounts and request a refund for the unused mobile plan, as this problem was caused by a system/registration error and the service was never successfully activated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could anyone please assist with cancelling the plan and processing the refund? Thank you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
