    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/645371"&gt;@Shaposhnyk&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;does data work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it shows connected to PM network?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure you removed the old carrier sim card or disabled old carrier esim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;make sure PM sim is set as Primary and set as active.&amp;nbsp; Make sure you have the latest Carrier Profile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then reboot phone and click Reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it does not work, and if you can login PM app still, you can buy a new eSIM from Account page, Purchase sim card and choose eSIM, it will fix the issue quickely&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I recently activated Public Mobile using eSIM on an iPhone 15 Pro and ported my number from my previous provider.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Mobile data is working, however I cannot make or receive phone calls.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I believe the port-in may not be fully completed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could you please check the status of my number transfer and finalize it?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
