      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Yesterday, I paid for the $45 mobile plan. However, I mistakenly paid for a physical SIM card instead of choosing an eSIM.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am using an iPhone and I prefer to use an eSIM, as it is faster and more convenient for activation. I have not activated the physical SIM yet.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could you please advise on how I can cancel the physical SIM and switch to an eSIM instead? &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please let me know if there are any additional steps or fees required.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you for your support.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
